Day 1: Hangzhou

Hangzhou is one of the important tourist cities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and it is a city worth spending a whole day exploring. In the morning, head to the must-visit attraction in Hangzhou – West Lake – and enjoy the beautiful lake scenery. The West Lake scenic area has 10 main attractions, among which the most popular ones are the Broken Bridge, Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, and the Evening Bell at Nanping Hill. You can rent a bike or take a boat to explore West Lake, like being in a picturesque poem.

For lunch, you must try local cuisine – Hangzhou cuisine. The most famous folk snacks include Soup Dumplings, Dried Bamboo Shoots with Smoked Meat, Beggar's Chicken, Dongpo Pork, and so on. It is recommended to go to Quyuan Food Street or the vicinity of Southern Song Imperial Street to eat Hangzhou cuisine, where you can also enjoy the architectural beauty and local culture.

In the afternoon, go to visit the Chinese historical and cultural city – Songcheng. It is a theme park with the main theme of Song Dynasty culture, and the era of time flies like an arrow, and things and people have changed like in front of you. There are many Song Dynasty buildings and cultural exhibitions in the park, and actors wearing Song Dynasty costumes will sing and dance, creating an atmosphere that is worth a visit.

Day 2: Jiaxing

Jiaxing is a city with a long history and rich culture, and it also has the characteristics of the Jiangnan water town. There are many attractions worth visiting. In the morning, go to visit the Ancient Canal Culture Tourist Area, where you can learn about how the canal was an important transportation hub, cultural heritage, and carrier for commercial development in ancient times in China. You can take an ancient boat along the canal to enjoy the scenery and historical cultural relics along the way.

For lunch, you can't miss Shen Dacheng's "Soy Sauce Pork Ribs" in Jiaxing, which is one of the city's unique delicacies. There is a famous food stall in the Nanhu Scenic Area that sells Shen Dacheng's Soy Sauce Pork Ribs. The fragrance is everywhere, indicating its deliciousness.

In the afternoon, visit the world cultural heritage – Nanhu Ancient Town. Here, there are beautiful buildings and scenery with deep cultural heritage around the clear water. Famous attractions include pavilions, towers, bridges, halls, various ancient relics, with a total area of 750 acres. After visiting the Nanhu Ancient Town, you can also go to the nearby Lanting. It is the place where Yang Shicong, a cultural celebrity, held a poetry meeting and is also one of the major attractions in Jiaxing.
